in search of some new upper and lower ball joints for my rig, I found some moog's and some alloyusa brand, which brand do you guys recommend? I was told its something I shouldn't skimp on, also if I am doing the ball joints should I also do the tie rods?

I used MOOG when I replaced mine, and haven't had any problems with them. I did the tie-rods at the same time but mine were also worn out.

The top of the joint where the needle fitting is, is slanted so you can grease it without taking anything apart.

Getting a D30 4:10 axle and will put all new stuff in before I install on Miss Moneypit. Starting with ball joints.

Yes I have them on my Dana 30, I'm also running 35 inch tires and they have held up great so far. I believe that they are worth the price.
