New aussie locker..
I just installed my new aussie locker in my d35. it was def. tight. The recommended specs. for the tightest is like .006 and losest is .025, mines at like .005 after i pushed all the grease. is this bad? this is my first racket locker and new to the whole locker thing, always welded.

Please inform as to how you like them. I have been looking into these but they have been out of stock for a long time. I have heard good and bad about them. Bad mainly from the big guys who run 35" + tires. I hope to hear good but keep us in the loop. Thanks dude and congrats!!

Not too familiar with the dana 35 but do you have to use thrust washers? If so buy some thinner ones and it will increase your gap.

Does it unlock in the spin test?
As Long as it unlocks it should be fine, if your worried, get a different thickness thrust washer. Measure yours with a vernier caliper and go to the dealer and order some a couple thou thinner.

Well today i took it to a local mud bog, It done Great!! no problems with it locking and dids hop or bark the tires on the concrete. I would def. recommend it. By the way im running 35s on mine and it seem great and pulls good! but havent had it to long so time will tell
