Neon injector problem
I just installed my second pair of injectors..the first pair were stolen .. and oh my gosh my jeep runs so much more quitely now, I seriously keep thinking it dies when im at stop lights. has anyone else had this 'problem'?
Edit:
Oh shameless plug..
Stock injectors for sale..free just pay shipping.. (6 of them)
Two 703's for sale (cleaned (not just the outside, actually cleaned) and come with new caps, and rings top and bottom)

I dont see this as a problem unless it's not running right. If you have a lack of power anywhere through the throttle or if you start misfiring, then i'd look into it. Also if your mpg drops drastically

There's a write up somewhere on here about them. The general idea behind it is this...
better atomization of the fuel due to 4 holes instead of 1
This then gives a more consistant burn, a more complete burn, can cause more power, and increase mpg.

703 are for xjs up to 97
784s are for xjs 99+
*98's are a mix you gotta look at your plug to figure it out.

All I did to release the pressure in the fuel rail is, while the jeep is running, pull the fuel pump relay. Then let it run outta gas. Now, that still left some pressure, not much, in the lines so I just put a rag around the fuel line as I disconnected it from the fuel rail.

Wow thats so much work. Just take the gas cap off use the pressure releaf valve. then disconnected the fuel line and pop the injectors out of the block with them still on the rail. so much easier.. and didnt really even spill any gas. but you could do it that way..i guess to each his own
@ Polar, same flow rate as stock.
