not thats bad im still on short arms with drop brackets when you order your control arm i would get the adjustable ones that way if you decide to go higher you casn adjust the arms out instead of buying new ones. And the new steering shock also then find a drag link from a v8 grand cherokee you should be set .then you just gotta install it all take a good weekend with a good friend and no beer until the end of the day ...lol...

gotcha...soo im getting a new steering stabilizer..with the kit. And the v8 drag link what does that do for steering?/ also will on the road performance suffer if I keep stock draglink?

stock xj drag link is small and hollow the grand cherokee is bigger round and solid direct bolt up to xj

less flex also with bigger tires the smaller will work but grands better

what about shipping ...it cost to do it right in know mine was 5,000 when all done i only paid 3500 for my xj 15 years ago

I think it was 500 for standard maybe more..
