The rear springs you can just drill holes in the rubber bushing if the metal sleeve is stuck. You can try to remove the metal sleeve after that or replace the bolt. If you want to reuse the spring you can find them online daily cheap installing them takes some work. Freeze them and clean the inside of the eyelet on the spring with a dremel tool.

I got lucky with my shackles. PB for a week and a three foot cheater bar eased my pain.

I had a 3 foot cheater bar also. The bolt came loose from the nut, but the sleeve was seized to the bolt so I ended up cutting it.
