Need Help with Wiring Problem
Hey guys, new to this website so forgive me if im doing this wrong.
I own a 2000 Cherokee Sport and was recently putting in an aftermarket radio, switching out my Stock one, and the red (power) wire i guess hit the Yellow wire, which I suppose was what turned on the radio, when this happened all my interior lights and my remote key stopped working.
Was wondering if there was a fuse or something, jeep wont lock or lights wont come on.
Thanks for the help guys!

Yes there should be a fuse. Check the owners manual for location and descriptions.

Yes definitely a blown fuse in the passenger side interior fuse panel. You should always disconnect the negative battery cable when installing a stereo. If you would have done so, you wouldn't have blown a fuse. Now you know for next time. It may not be a bad idea to disconnect it now so you do not blow anymore.
