Need Help with Loose Steering

Need Help with Loose Steering
So I've got a 96 Cherokee sport and its got a 6.5 in lift. I've got a good bit of play room with the steering wheel. When I turn the steering wheel the whole car rocks but the wheels don't move. Could this be a loose steering box or a problem with the sway bars?
UPDATE- i figured it out, i needed to replace my power steering pump. im new to this website, so i just realized i posted this in the wrong place too. sorry!!
