Need help after lift
Hope this is right section.
I had a RE 3.5" lift installed with a JKS trackbar.
Lift came with RE newest swaybar discos.
Well the disco is rubbing against the trackbar frame side mount when pretty bad. I tried replacing sway bar bushings and moving it over as far to driver side as I could and locking it down and that worked for a bit but then went back to rubbing after a short drive. The install shop swears axle is centered but is there any way that disco would rub the trackbar mount unless not centered?

Measure the axle yourself. Pick a spot inside the wheel well against the side and measure to the edge of the tire. Repeat on the other side. If the numbers are different your axle is not centered.

I was gonna take a pic and post cause this kind of thing is useless without but have been swamped at work. I have appt with an alignment shop that specializes in lift alignment and all the mechanics drive lifted cherokees so hopefully they can figure it out.
I did measure from the wheel well and both sides measured fine. The sway bar is centered on both sides, it actually self-centers after driving. I cranked it down pushed to one side to give some space but it centered itself after a few miles of driving. Definitely not upside down.

So went to alignment shop...seems the top of the RE sway bar link rubs against the driver side frame rail mount for the trackbar. So either replace that mount with a fabbed one or I need to replace the disco set I have from RE =( Odd that their 3rd Gen discos are too wide at the top.

Might also just have to get a new adjustable track bar with a new mount for it...not sure what will be easiest at this point.

So last night I put a hose clamp on the swaybar after moving as far to the driver side as I could, gave me like an inch of space on that side. Tightened clamp down and drove around. Lasted about 15 mins and grinding started again. Clamp does not look like it moved, could my steering linkage be so out of whack that it is causing this?
I need linkage ends replaced and new ball joints. Not bad but do need replaced. Could this be my underlying issue?

You might fab a top bracket like the one on my Rusty's SBQDs.
Also, if you adjusted your QDs to lift the angle of the sway bar, would it swing the contact point up and forward, out of the way?

I was thinking of adjusting the them up but how far is too far? Keep reading the sway bar end needs to be parallel to ground.

No, assuming by "parallel" you mean parallel to the ground. As long as it's bolted in correctly, with good bushings, it will work. I believe I've read that 15 degrees above horizontal is optimum, but adjust it so it's not coming in contact with other parts of the vehicle. That's the more important thing.
