Need help with 99 Durango steering box
99 Dodge Durango box V8 nsp
98 jeep xj steering pump
Lucas power steering fluid
HotRod99 12" Satin Aluminum Finned Dual Pass Transmission Cooler Black
I just put the 99 Durango steering box and cooler in my 1998 xj with a new pump.. both parts are Duralast from AutoZone.. when I installed the 1st box and pump everything worked great for the 1st test drive.. after I shut the motor off I had no power steering at all.. so I replaced the box and still no power steering.. I put a new pump in and it worked fine I was bleeding the system and I gave it some gas and the power steering stop working.. I took it on a test drive for 5 miles and it works above 2000 RPM.. what am I doing wrong?
