Default need help!!!!!

okay, for starters im new on this forum and just wanted to say its pretty sick!

but i am having a problem with my 1998 jeep cherokee xj....
it has a long arm 6" full traction lift on it, and i took it out and tried a flex test and to my surprise it barly would flex at all. nothing like it says it does on the full traction web site or in any google pics of other jeeps flwxin with the same lift so i dont know what the problem is..

i took the quick disconnects off. im only runnin 32's so its not rubbing anything and the bump stops are not holding it back any ideas on what it might possibly be?

thank you so much!!!!

Before proceeding...Got extended brake lines?

Step 1) Remove your shocks
Step 2) Flex Suspension
Step 3) Measure the distance between the upper and lower shock mounts for extended and compressed lengths.
Step 4) Measure for limiting straps.
Step 5) Order new shocks and limiting straps based on the measurements you took.

Well I think it might be that the shocks are to short also... I looked up the kit online and the shocks look different than the ones currently on it.... and I think it might be the shocks are to short.... cuz bump stops are not stopping it. And the tires are not stopping it. And the shocks feel super stiff like I tried jumping in the front end LOL and they are super stiff my buddy's is like a trampoline when the disconnects r off. Any idea what I should do?

Would fox 2.0 shocks work?

You could search the manufactures website for the extended and compressed lengths for the model of shock you currently have.

The easiest way is to disconnect the shocks and flex the rig and then measure as I described earlier.

You can keep it on level ground, no need for jack stands.
