Default Need to calibrate for bigger tires!! HOW TO???

Hey guys i got a 98 xj classic 4.0 need to figure how to calibrate for bigger tires?? Also is it possible to adjust the shift points too?? I need to figure how to get a little bit better gas mileage!!

Any info would help!!
