Default my front Lokka is locked

hey guys. I put a LOKKA in my d30 in the front of my xj and now it is acting locked rather its in 2wd or 4wd. I cant turn the truck very well in either mode so i drove it around the block and parked it again. I plan in tearing back into it but have no idea what is wrong or what to look for. Any ideas would be great. thanks

Did you check the tolerance? I would pull it apart and reinstall it following the instructions carefully.

I will be opening it up today. What tolerances? I'm going to check the pin and make sure it doesn't have wear since it has 220000 on it.

The instructions didn't give you specific tolerances to check between all the parts!?

Problem is I had a local mechanic put them in so my problem is figuring out what he did wrong
