go with the 35s. i am going to be running a 7.5"re lift with 37s. alls you need is 5inches of up travel (from top of tire to bottom of fender) i have a wrangler rock crawler with 44s and there is only 5inches of up travel and we are just going to set bump stops so the tire wont even touch the fender. you will need to re gear it and either put stornger axles in or chromos all the way aroud but you will not need to make any mods to the motor.

Default 35's on 6" fulltraction

Go with 35's. I was going to do 33's, but you still end up trimming. I rub the top of coil bucket when I am way stuffed.. but its worth it. I love how she works and flexes.. I put in 4.88's and love it.

Tires are an investment, you should think about what you want to do and go for it.

you say it like it's a set rule

generally suspension travel is measured from bumpstops/shock location

anyway with 3" and 37's i had more than 5" of space up front and maybe 5" in back

He says it looks horrible and it wont articulate without tearing the fenders out. I know the above jeep has stock untrimmed fenders...he reccomneded 33's...however i think with 6.5" 33's will look silly. Am i making a mistake geting 35's? does anyone have pics of there ride with 6.5/35's and fenders trimmed the way they are supose to be? What backspacing rims would i need? 4"? thanks! for any help
