Looking for recomendations. Wanna upgrade muffler on my 88xj. Looking for performance and loud. Leaning towards flowmaster 44.

 

Go with the flowmaster 10 series...sounds AMAZING...plenty loud but yet with a clean and nasty roar...get compliments all the time on it.

 

I have a thrush welded. Sounds great and was dirt cheap.

 

x2. Having owned the 44, 40, and now the 10, the 10 is the best sound by far. Not super loud but definitely loud enough, and a real nice tone to as well.

Magnaflow 14" 50$ on amazon. Otherwise if you want a full it, Dynomax has a 75$ rebate on their system. Brings the total to less than 40$ when all said and done. Otherwise performance-curve.com has cat-back system with your choice of flow or maggy. IMO, flowmaster drones too much.

 

I have a long bomb like 20" or something. very loud, can hear it idle from inside the house. i dont have a cat or down stream 02 sens straight thru. 20$ weld her in
