If you are mostly on-road and don't need the flotation of a 12.5, go with the 10.5 AT. The 33x10.5 AT is 11 lbs lighter PER TIRE than the 33x12.5 MT.
Also, if you get snow in the winters a thinner tire will be more advantageous than a wider one.

i have a 4.5" lift on it and i want to keep the original fenders so i thought the biggest tire i culd go is a 32" without rubbing, should i change the gears as well? thanks for all the replies!!!

It isn't as much as if the tire can fit in there. It's more of a matter of trimming the fenders and bumpstop accordingly. I have 32's on a 3" lift and I don't rub much. I still plan on trimming my fenders because without a swaybar I probably will rub at full flex
I have a 4.5 w 33 *10.5*15 bfg a/t now & rub bad took off stock fenders b/c they kept popping off rubbed w my bfg a/t 32*11.5*15 pretty good too but never had prob w fenders
i would say go with the km2s. i put them on my diesel. it only goes off road durring hunting.i have 44,000 miles on them. im sure i will get 65,000 out of them. great tires
What most manufacturers consider a mud terrain really isnt very aggressive (BFG, Goodyear, Toyo, etc). They're so mild, and have such good street manners and last so long, I would buy a mud terrain over an all terrain any day, even for a mall crawler. Some mud terrains I've run should have been called all terrains instead. You wont have a noticeable difference in fuel mileage between an all terrain and a mud terrain either.
I'm not a fan of the BFG all terrain either, my Swamper Iroks had better street manners than those, even in rain and what little snow I had to deal with. Go with the KM2 imo.

keep in mind youre odometer and speedo are gonna be inaccurate with bigger tires so checking mileage cant be done accurately with the gauges
do a search theres a tire size calculator that will tell you the percentage of inaccuracy youre speedo will read versus stock tires
and yes heaver larger tires do use more fuel they have more rolling resistance and wind resistance at hiway speeds
