motor mounts and drive shaft angle
i need new motor mounts. im gonna be installing the brown dog ones. is it best the get the compleat kit with brackets and mounts or just the mounts? and i just put my new tcase in with a sye kit on the 231. drives awsome, im gonna order my tom woods shaft soon. the lift kit i have is from rustys and i think it comes with shims. im gonna put a angle finder on the rear drive shaft and diff to see where im at as far as angles. what kind of numbers should i be looking for. its a 4.5 inch lift

I don't recall which years were affected, so you might want to search for that info. I just went ahead and replaced my brackets anyway as part of the overall bulletproofing strategy regardless of whether I really needed them or not. Remember that Brown Dog gives a 10% discount to forum members, so that's like a $30-$35 savings on the full kit.
