Any one have any idea why my motor mount looks like this after my install? Seems this happened after I got my transmission re mounted to the crossmember.

 

How is your transmission mount is it worn out? When I did this install I didn't touch the crossmember, maybe you need to break it in and have everything settle? But I'm no expert and don't want to provide you the wrong information. I recently installed an upgraded transmission mount so everything is sitting nice and perfect. I think in the beginning when my transmission mount was worn mine sort of sat like yours, but it's been so long I can't recall.

Do you have a transfer case drop installed, is your jeep lifted? a t case drop will shift the brown dog mounts because of the angle change stock systems do not have this issue

 

Hopefully sometime this week I can inspect the trans mount.

The jeep is lifted with a tcase drop. I did take the tcase drop out and re mounted to see if it would fix the issue but no luck.
