maximum tires fit 3 inch lift

i have 1997 XJ with 3 inch RC lift will it fit 285/75/15 tires without cutting fender? if not what my best option?

31x10.5x15 is max. You are a bit bigger with the 285/75/15's. Those are almost 32/11.5/15's. I would say it would work on the road, maybe some rubbing on the lCA's at full turn, but you will rub off road.
