am looking to add a cb. how are marine cb's does any one run one? what are the tried and proven ones for the trail?

you can;t go wrong with a cobra 29 or cobra 25

if you want something with a little more ooomph look into a Galaxy

if you want something that is small but powerful look into a Magnum 257HP


as for the antenna I run a 102" stainless steel whip, some people claim that it's dangerous on the trail, but when they do spring back, they are moving very slow. Now if a 4 foot fiberglass antenna hits you you are going to the hospital, and you just broke the antenna
