Yes mines manual. I had a hand throttle setup but wasn't fond of the extra cable , which builds a lot of slack when your using the normal foot pedal. Just seemed like a higher risk for a stuck throttle/ hanging idle. My dads Isuzu np has a twist **** to bump the idle. It would be neat to make a twist ****, with a cable that went on the TB To an adjustable spring loaded idle screw. This in turn would bump the curb idle, just like on a 4 stroke dirtbike/atv by holding the throttle blade open to your desired rpm

 

Thats the awesome thing about this mod...typically its not done on an auto, and manuals have that 3rd pedal for the clutch, which disconnects the motor from the trans.

If the throttle sticks, step on the clutch!

 

i don't have any issues with mine sticking or having too much slack - I added an bicycle cable adjuster barrel at the mount next to the throttle body so I can fine tune it
