I was thinking maybe trying one with the flex areas to prevent cracking. I’ve seen them range from $80 ish up into the $200s. So I don’t know if i should spend $200 or not.

This is one of those things that doesn't seem to have a good solution unfortunately. I tried a Dorman manifold, but it cracked after a year or 2. I tried a cheap eBay manifold, same story. I tried TIG welding one, and it cracked next to the weld. I went to the junkyard and found a low mile xj with a good condition exhaust manifold for $35 and it's been great for a few years. Motor mounts are a likely culprit for continually cracking manifolds, but in my case they were new. It's just one of those things we deal with.

Looked on Amazon...they sell several headers from ECCPP. Looks like yours is the stainless WITHOUT the flexible bellows...correct?

Yes that is SS without flex areas. I just found someone selling them on ebay for $85 free shipping so I grabbed one. I'll take pictures when I get it in my hands.

fellow member I’m sorry to have let you down and not reply in over a year. Was not aware I was replied to. It’s been on for almost 2 years now. About 5k miles on it and all 6 pipes are separate so no need for flex pipe bellows like the OE upgraded replacements
