one thing i havnt mentioned thats important is dont copy the way my cross member was installed in the first part of my build.
it used to hang up on a lot of stuff when it would hang below the "frame" rails
tuck it up under as far as possible, i cut mine so itd tuck between the rails and gave me about 2 more inches of clearance... huge huge difference.
it is a pita to get the t case to fit but worth it

I'm about to build my own links as well. I'm just cutting straight to the chase though. 60's with 3-link front and 4-link rear. I spent about 2 week after work every day on pirate 4x4 searching build threads. Most people on there know there ****. Everything you need to know is on there. For me to save $$ I'm going to run square arms and Rough Stuffs 1.25 himes at the axle side for $125. a pair and for the body side weld on bushings from Polly Performance for $10 each. Bang for buck best option I think and the weld on bushings will be real easy to cut off and add himes later. Also the frame kits that I have seen only plate 2 sides and for me that just wont cut it. I will just have a local fab shop bend up some steel for half the price and have way more strength. Well that's my .02 Have fun.

^^IMO doing a rear 4 link is easier than trying to figure out the front 3 link, theres not steering to worry about, and u dont have a motor and tranny to work around

For your front it isn't that bad if you put the upper one the passenger side. The only issue then is exost and there is a build on pirate were a guy put his exost through the frame on the drivers side. It's slick as ****. It is the Tater2 build buy OnetonXJ. Worth the time to look through his hole build thread. Top quality work.

I had them made at ballistic fab when i worked there. I dont remember seeing them on the site but i am sure they have them in their programs. You could call them and see if the engineer alan still works there. He was the one that help me design them. Sorry it took so long to get back to you guys.

i was looking at tater2 last night, it is a pretty sweet setup, especially his rear 4 link on that D60

I think he has a 14 bolt rear. I wish I could do a build like that but I have to drive it were I wheel even when I get up to 36's. It will be interesting.

Ya forgot a lot of people are using those. Little stronger then a 60 but with a flat bottom giving more clearance then a 60 or a 14 with a shave kit. You can find them in E350 vans. I had no luck in the JY's buy me.
