How do you put lower control arms in? On the ground? Jacked up?
Also i have about 3 1/2 inches of lift with trimmed fenders. Will i have rubbing issues with 33's if I dont put the longer control arms in? Thanks guys.

Do you have factory rims? If so, they'll probably rub.
If I were installing the LCAs, I would have a jack stand on both sides just behind the frame side mount. And have a jack to raise/lowerthe axle if needed.

Got super lucky and the tail landed right on the jack body. Otherwise I prolly wouldn't be typing this.

Pre-load is set by installing the control arm bolts loose, and then setting your jeep back on the ground before torquing the bolts down.

Scissor jacks are handy items when installing control arms!

Then remove the lower end of the track bar and steering stabilizer, old stock control arms, put in the new (preferrably poly) bushings and arms liberally lubed with silicone spray (unless you like loud squeaking), then put it all back together in reverse order. I don't know about the 33"s. Hope this helps. Good luck.
