Default Lower control arm question

It's really a stupid question but I can find instructions or a picture anywhere. I bought control arms with the bend from IRO and I'm not really sure which way they go in. The bend closest to the axle? Or the bracket? And bend facing up? Or down? Attached is a picture of the arms. Show me pictures if possible please. Thanks for the help guys.

Bend goes at the axle.

Supposed to be so your tires don't rub the control arm when you turn

The bend is usually there so it doesn't bottom out on the shock mount when you articulate your suspension. If it was for tire clearence it should bend horizantally to the mounts (away from the tire). Like WJ LCAs.

That bend doesn't move the arm further away from the tire, the arm is still located in the stock place. Like said above, it'd have to bend inward towards the center to gain any tire clearance.
