Default Low speed vibes and drone 2001 XJ

I just bought my second xj. I went against my better judgement and bought someone elses modded jeep. It isnt much just a RE 3.5 lift not sure which one. It has a mild vibe and drone at speeds around 25-35 mph It has what looks like a hack n tap. It also has a new rear drive shaft. there are no rear shims for the pinion angle. Pinion sits slightly nose down. Its a 2001 modle. I plan to install a SYE. As I dont care for the HNT. I wonder if I can still use the driveshaft as still new. With RE 3.5 lifts is it tipical to use rear shims for the kit. Thanks

Going through the same headaches man. Dealing with a heavily modded jeep done by the previous owner. I feel like im always cleaning up other people's mess.

Its tough. according to RE its supposed to have rear shims. It still has stock front shaft. I had problems with my other jeep till I replaced it. Wondering if the driveshaft will be long enough after I install sye.
