In the second to last picture, how did you end up attaching the flat crossmember? Did you just reuse the factory four bolts?

the crossmember had legs going up the side of the rails. I used some through bolts.

I did no cutting of the rails, The bottom and outside was plated with 3/16" tnt customs stiffeners.

I looked for some, but no. and that jeep is long gone.

its just plate bent at a 90 degree angle going up the side of the frame with some holes in it.

i know dpg and jcr belly skids do this, so here is a pic of the jcr unit.



their holes are slotted to accomate for small t-case drops i believe, but im just posting it so you get the idea
