Buy yourself a v-8.Or tape the sound of a v-8 and play it in your radio. I hope you don't think it will give you more power ? sorry about the double post.

It's worth the $80 you gotta spend to get a flowmaster anyway lol I was debating on saving $20 and getting a magnaflow, but I'm glad I didn't.

I went from the flowmaster 40 series to the 10 series and its much much louder. 2.5" pipes, header, and a high flow cat will add to the sound as well, thats what I run.

get a 2.5" mandrel tailpipe from rustys or someone and run 2.5" straight off the cat to the tailpipe with no muffler. It will have a nice smooth deep sound and be loud outside but going down the highway wont be earpiercing bc of the pipe being out the back. I ran that setup on my 97 i used to have.

I'm surprised how good the 4.0 sounds with a glasspack. Deeper sound than most 6 bangers. Was thinking about keeping the stock muffler but might just have to slap on a cherrybomb now.
