Lost bolt for shock

I Lost a bolt that keeps my right rear skyjacker shock secured to the under carriage of my 98 Cherokee. I still have one, and its on there as tight as I can get it. My question is, is the vehicle still safe to drive? Where can I get another one?

Engine: 4.0 ho 99 intake ps pump 1" tb spacer 62mm bored tb eletric fans and more

the 13mm one on the top of the shock? If you pull the bolt out and take it to almost and hardware store and match it to a metric grade 8 bolt should work. shouldnt cost that much
