Default Looking to upgrade my steering

Hey guys, like the title says I am looking to upgrade my steering. 1998, 3" lift on 31x10.5x15 My XJ is my daily driver with between 60-100 miles a day. I don't do any crazy trails so I don't think I need anything super beef, mostly just FS roads to get to camp spots. I am mainly looking for a direct replacement for my factory set up as I don't have access to a welder or anything like that.

I was looking at the Rusty's kit- http://www.rustysoffroad.com/jeep-st...onversion.html
or this one from CavFab - http://cavfab.com/CavFab-Jeep-CrossO...JMJ_p_105.html

Does anyone have any experience with these kits? Thanks in advance!

I am running a ZJ tie rod and ends, and replacement drag link and ends on my 98 - mild wheeling and DD and it feels really good. I have heard really good things about the CavFab kit as well which is extremely beefy

as mentioned, V8 ZJ steering links are a pretty good upgrade with the solid drag link.

but for the ease of it, i would go right for the currie setup. spend now, save later.

I have the new version of the Rugged Ridge steering setup. Funny thing, when I ran the part numbers, three of the 4 tie rod ends are actually ZJ TRE's. Only the pass side one is unique.

But yes, as others have stated, the ZJ parts are beefier. Here is a pic of the two for comparison. Stock is on the left, ZJ/HD is on the right.
