why would you need longer wheel studs? the stock studs will fit an aluminum rim without issues. you sure you have the correct wheel bearing hubs on your jeep? lol
replacing rear studs is a little bit harder, you have to remove all brake hardware, and possibly even an axle shaft, to have room to fit the longer studs on.
you don't need to hammer them in, you just need to get them in enough so when you tighten them, they will pull in. you may need to throw a wheel on to use as a spacer to get them all the way in.
