Ok guys, hopefully soon I'm going to be buying a longarm kit, but I also want to incorporate frame stiffeners into my build, i've heard there are issues with longarm cross members not working with them so what are your guys experiences?

It just depends. All of the long arm kits will use the stock cross member location but often require a third mounting bolt location. With the added thickness of the stiffeners you usually get two issue. The factory stud is too short and needs to be removed and any horizontal mounts, like the RC kit has, will require longer bolts and for you to drill corresponding holes in the stiffeners.

I run the IRO kit with stock rails but plan to add stiffeners soon. for that, I've decided to weld heavy hex nuts to the inside of the stiffener (at the six mount locations) and cut reliefs in the stock rails so they will sit just inside the factory rail. I would recommend that to those wanting to add stiffeners.
