Good morning everyone. I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Eric and I'm the new operations manager for Liquid Iron Industries. I'm in the process of cleaning things up on our website, improving our web-presence and establishing a good point of contact for customers. I've been lurking about for a while now getting some candid feedback and it all seems positive (which is a good thing!) but I've noticed a few unanswered questions and PM's, which I'll get to shortly.
