Default Limited power seat worm screw?

So if you have power seats you probably know what Im talking about! The larger plastic screw in the jack screw is broken in 2 of the motors in both of my wife's power seats in her Limited 2001 XJ. The factory replacement is $1800, Mopar should be shot for that one. Has any one found an out sourced part replacement. Its called a worm screw, I've seen a few similar parts in RC stores but haven't had any luck finding the right one. Trust me I could care less because you can pull the motors, lock down the mechanism with some pipe clamps and be fine unless your a little person. I only want to fix it so we can sell this piece of crap. I thought it would be nice to have a Limited with all the Leather and power and maybe save a few buck on gas in a 2wd. BULL CRAP, the seats get hot as ballz in the sun, they dont work at only 45k and the gas is barely better. She likes that its new but I rater sell it and find a clean Sport or Classic. Any Ideas??? I dont want to devalue the vehicle is the only reason I want to fix this stuff.
