Relocating the bracket to a new hole should take care of the lines for a 3" lift.

All I got with the lift was 3inch spacers and a 2inch rear shackle brake lines I got them covered
Im kinda concerned about the sway bar and control arms or should they work fine with the lift

You can get away with stock control arms at 3", not so much with the swapbar end links. Might be able to get them to fit but i usually see them break due to the angle. Might want to look into redilling the axle side mount for the trackbar, You can get away with it as is but it rides much better with the front axle centered. No bump steer or death wobble
