Default lift kit suggestion

I am looking for a lift to allow for 31's. I would like something that could be upgraded if I wanted more travel later on. I am looking to spend around $1100 or less. Also at this level of lift should I be looking at a SYE etc?

At a 3in you probably won't need a sye or tcase drop.

First, what year you have. Second, what is your ultimate goals. Mud, rocks, sand, expedition. This is how you'll learn to build your jeep

Looking at a 2000 this week. Mild to moderate trails, mix of not so deep mud, mild rocks... Kind of an all around rig. It will be a daily driver.

Use 3" Rustys coils, 2" OME leafs, .75" JKS shackle, bilstein 5100s for a 3" lift, rubicon Express super flex LCAs.

That would be a pretty sweet 3" for right in your price range.

Chances are anything above 2" you'll get vibes seeing as your an 00. TC drop but should get SYE if you do get em. Don't forget armor. Relocate air intake and all, yes all, breather hoses. Just some additional things to think about. If going 3", look into a new track bar. The options are limitless but as long as you know what you're looking to do, there's a package out there for you

I wouldn't go bigger than 3" for 31's. Any 3" kit will be in your price range, I like Rubicon Express stuff personally, Zone would be my second choice. Or you can piece together your own lift, that's what I did.
