Lift kit install and anti-seize
So I just got my Iron Rock Off Road short arm 3.5" lift kit with JKS Quicker Disco's and full leaf packs in and am going to be installing it this week or next. I would like to anti-seize everything possible to make future work easier. What should I NOT put anti-seize on?

Start soaking everything down with WD40 or something like it for a week or so ahead of time before you start unbolting everything. Then a turn back and forth on each fastener a few days in, then more LW applied.

I just realized I forgot to order extended brake lines. Does anyone know offhand which vehicles/year are direct bolt ons for the front and back lines?

I would still soak the bolts and wait a few days it will save you a ton of time and headaches. The only time i use anti seize if its two different metals that see heat. You could change out all the bolts for stainless so they can't rust.

I put antisieze on just about everything on mine. Just be sure that you retorque everything after putting some miles on them.
Definitely soak everything with pb blaster or another penetrating oil for a week before touching any bolts. It will make your life much easier.
I used a Dakota rear line in mine and bent the hard line straight in the front with 6" of lift. The fronts are still a little short but that back is good. I ordered yj lines to go on the front.

Always use anti-seize if its a stainless bolt and a stainless nut. Stainless on stainless causes problems. As far as penetrating oils go, the best I have ever used came in a green can with a clover on the front. It was called S'OK. That stuff blew my mind it worked so well. If you ever see it, get some and try it.

I plan on soaking them for at least 3 days and then seeing if anything will break loose. And then continue soaking everyday and trying all the bolts till most of them start to budge.
