You don't want to use blocks they cause axle wrap its better to just use add a leafs and shackles or a full leaf pack, most 4.5 lifts come with everything needed rear lift springs cost extra tho.

I agree with Nick, using blocks is not a good idea and very unsafe! Just spend a little extra dough ad do it right getting a complete kit. You might even want to go with a long arm kit if you want to do some serious off-roading. Be careful, there are man mods that might need to be done that the kits don't include!

With that small of a lift,,
I would just shop here on the forums for used parts man. You can get all decent used stuff cheap and the only real "new" expense would be shocks.
This is how I did my 6.5" lift.
And I am VERY HAPPY with the results.

First off...
Welcome to CF!!
Secondly...
As was already stated, avoid lift blocks out back. Definitely more Con's than Pro's.
Finally...
Tell us a little about your plans for the rig, type of wheeling you plan on doing, current mods (if any), etc, etc. it will help folks steer you in the right direction, assuming you're looking for some guidance of course.
