3" or 4.5"? I'm gonna be doing mostly rock crawling with my jeep and im wondering if the extra 1.5" is worth it. Also what are some good names to buy from?

all depends on what size tire and how much cutting you wanna do. lower center of gravity always feels better.

32" tire is a good start. Next is clearance for the tire and Flexibility. Clearance for the tire can be had by trimming flex is going to be more dependant on HOW the lift is constucted than the altitude. So either 3" or 4.5" will work depending on the amount of trimming you are willing to do. 4.5" is almost for sure to require a SYE and CV Driveshaft, so take that in condiseration. Actaully if you were to build a real flexy 3" lift you might want the SYE then also just to keep the DS from falling out.

I would really like to do the 4.5" lift even though it'll cost more would i require a slip yoke eliminator and a cv?

If you are going rock crawling , YES. Slip yoke like to slip off the TC output when flexed. The SYE is done so that you can install a CV Driveshaft.

To do things right a sye is needed. You would also need a cv shaft. A front shaft will do just fine.

Alright thanks! you guys are a big help. I'm new to all this and am thankful for your help. Also would i need to get anything to make it so i don't lose power from the engine with the bigger tires or are 32's not big enough to affect it noticeably?
