Currently having a clayton pro 3link installed and my fabricator tells me I'm going to need some extended bumpstops. Took a look on quadratech and they have the cheap ones, spacers, more expensive daystar set up, and some pretty pricey fox air bumps. I'm sure there are also other options from other vendors (just the first place I looked) I don't mind sending the $ if it's worth it, but not if there isn't a noticeable improvement. If not, I'd rather spend the $ elsewhere. What are your thoughts/experience?

 

A lot of people use a stack of hockey pucks.................about the cheapest way to go, and very effective.


A friend of mine uses a stack of pucks, with a field-hockey puck on top (they have some squish to them) to cushion a bit when it bottoms........

I just used the Daystars on mine.

 

I use the prothane coil inserts with a hockey puck bolted into the old bumpstop hole. Works great for me, just costs a bit more than the stack of pucks.
