I have never seen a tire carrier bumper come even close to this low price tough.
As for the front bumper, I had thought about cutting up my tow hooks that go all the way back and tie in, and welding them to the bumper mounts. As for the rear bumper, I was looking at the JCR rear bumper tie in brackets. I just don't understand how they can help that much, they don't look like they would do a whole lot.

I just made tie ins for my rear bumper. All you need is two strips of metal with holes drille for where the hitch mounts. Weld the other side to the bumper and thats that. They do help 100% more then the factory mounts. The factory mounts are just sheetmetal, these go through the framerails.

i just got a nates 4x4 winch bumper, great quality, good looking brush guard, through welded d-ring tabs, light tabs, and 12 point mounting that also acts as a steering box brace. wasnt too bad, think it was around 475 shipped. oh, and its lightweight too for what it is, still plenty strong though.

for the rear i went with dirtbound's mojave cut 'n fold bumper. great design, looks great since it fills the gaps well, very light, ties into the unibody for mounting, 2" reciever with chain loops and holes pre cut for backup/work lights. oh and they just came out with a super nice swing out tire carrier for it. also around 475 shipped.

I've dealt with them before and they are fantastic. My buddy has their front and its beefier then the nates bumper my other friend has. I'm getting this combo in about a month and I can't wait.
Great prices for those. I would jump on those if i wasnt so ocd about bumpers and body lines. Those look almost straight and don't follow the body lines at all.

raw steel, but last i checked nate is either doing $.99 cent shipping or free shipping, and tie in brackets come manditory on both front n rear bumpers and like i said hes great to deal with either via email or by calling. i would highly suggest him iv beat the living f*ck outta his bumpers and even totalled a chevy tahoo in a car accident with his front bumper and was left with nothing but a slight scratch on the bumper when it came to my jeep. like i said best bang for you buck, long as you dont need anything super fancy his bumpers are the bees knees.

I don't have a bumper right now. I don't want to lose any approach angles. So no winch bumpers for me. No stingers. Nothing sticking out even 3in.

I saw one that is pretty sweet. But I have to save up for it.

Same with the rear. From the edge of the hatch my bumper will taper down to the shackles. 0 approach loss.

I was rear ended at about 5 miles an hour by a toyota corolla with my stock 2000 Jeep Cherokee. The accident dented in my stock bumper and the corollas hood.

I went with Nate's 4x4 Jeep Cherokee Rear Bumper. The service was great, the bumper was in stock and his Cherokee Forum discount of 12PERCENT made a great price.

The install went quick and I was done in a few hours. I went with the Grade 8 hardware kit.

my bad, I meant just the bumper was 475, the tire carrier can be bought as an add on kit for another 375.
