Default LED Blinker Bar

I came across this tutorial and I really like it, but unfortunately it's for a newer year XJ. I PMed the guy and he doesn't know how it'd work out for an older one. I was wondering if anyone did this or something similar with their older XJ.

That's what I was thinking.. I could use my current light housing, if I wanted to, right? The guy said he hasn't done it on an older one, but wants to, so I figured it was a different procedure for wiring or something.

You can reuse your old housing and there are probably more available LED lights for it. Here is one DIY but it's a bit more intensive compared to just putting in a made LED:

That's not bad.. Bit of work and I'm not the best with electrical work, but I like the single strip of LEDs on the bar. Look neat, IMO. Although I could probably do that with your link. I'll look around. Would this work with my existing housing?

It's the one from the tutorial.

Cheers

92XJGuy: I hear ya. I suck when it comes to electrical as well. Easiest route would be to integrate an already made light bar.

Good luck!
