Default leaky battery

Ok so I have a dual alt and dual battery setup good idea or not it's done and works pretty good aside from the leaky battery. I looked on line and come up with I may be over charging. Now both alts are wired to the same regulator and there's no issue's in the fuse box haven't pop fuses or anything. I do have a constant draw gauge that's always on also one of my electric fans runs from the second system so its always on when being operated. Could I be over charging or just a bad battery?

Have you checked your operating voltage? Ideally you shouldn't be charging over 14 v
Second, did the leaking battery have water added to it?
Lastly, dual battery, cool. Dual alternators? Are you running some ridiculous draws or somethin?

Volts are good. Never added water. And no major draws yet just lights, compressor and fans, but I have big inverters and a winch still to go on that alt. I figured 2 alts instead of one large alt. It seems when I use one battery it's fighting with the other so to speak.

I'm thinking maybe I should run to the fuse box like the stock setup. Right now both alts go to the stock reg but not both power cables,

9k I checked both alts.
Stock12.xx
Second 14.xx
Both battery's were about the same.
I turned everything on
Stock was around 10-11.xx
Second was 14-16.xx
Are these numbers to high? And is this reverse polarity?
