Which leaf springs should i get?

Which leaf springs should i get?
I need to replace my rear leaf springs. I was told that my xj is 6 inch lifted from previous owner. The shackle doesn't look like a stock, so I'm not sure which leaf springs I should get. Maybe 5.5 inch leaf springs?

Measure your shackle eye to eye..figure out how much lift the shackle was providing.. Order the right size leafs to get you back to your old height.

you can ALWAYS get a taller shackle to offset a short leaf, which will also give you more flex and a better ride than a huge leaf pack, so go short and worst case a taller shackle is in order.

But why does it provide only 1 3/4" lift?
Then should I get 4.5" leaf springs?
