I recently installed hid headlights and at first the flickered when the lights were off but worked then they were on so I put a bigger fuse in and that seemed to fix it but now it's making a weir ticking noise by the light switch anyone have any idea what it could be ??

 

You upgraded the headlight harness with a putco or similar style harness right? If not its probably your switch yelling at you to do it because there is WAY to much electricity trying to go through it.
