Several aftermarket leaf springs run different size bushings from OE.

If you don't see a manufacturer name on them, do you see a part number? Barring that it's time to measure the eye/bushing diameter.

Also does any one know of a good way to remove the metal sleeve part of bushing out of leaf ends?

The bushings are comprised of an inner sleeve that slips over the bolt, the actual rubber, and an outer sleeve around the rubber that gets pressed into the eye. The rubber is cast into those sleeves and they aren't coming apart without heat.

The entire unit (sleeve) is pressed into the leaf eye. 10-ton press is what worked for me.

Ouch! Well if its empty you can try notching it and bending the metal in so you can strike it, maybe sawzall. I use some adapters from a ball joint kit in a press, almost perfect match for the OEM bushing sleeves.

I was near a guy that just hammered a flat head screwdriver into where the leaf curls around and the bushing just slid out.

I had to use a sawzall to notch my outer sleeves. If you have the demensions of the bushings you need, go to Stenglebros.com. Well priced bushings with many sizes to choose from.
