My friend just got his money back from his credit card company because of this guy. Took his money and would not communicate for 3 months. Only when credit card company contacted Kreiders he said he was ordering materials. 2 months later nothing, so the credit card company got the money back. The guy could be rich if he had some business sense.
I would not recommend dealing with this guy.

If it's received, what kind of turn-around time was it from when you placed the order, to when you received the product?

What kind of quality is the finished product?
- Material, Structure, Welds, Mounting points?

$400 is an awfully good price, and probably profitable for a 1-man operation like Kreider's appears to be, but I'd prefer to hear about the customer service and quality from people who are currently buying/using his product before considering placing an order, especially based on the other threads about communication stopping after payments were made.

I see on his facebook page advertising the front/rear XJ bumper package for $399, but no mention of any freight involved for shipping. Anyone's experience on this?

 

I just received them it took about a week to get them and his shop is in minerville and we met I. Cressona the welds look good he gives you all nuts and bolts you need I like the way they turned iut
