Default Knocking Rattling sound in left front

Ok I get this feeling/sound in the left front that makes me think my wheel is going to coming off some times, not sure what it is. It's got a 4.5 in lift and I've got all new tie rod ends, Upper/Lower Ball joints, Hub/bearings and axle u-joints. I'm all out of ideas???

Oh yeah track bar is tight and frame mount is tight.

Any ideas???

My trac bar makes a horrible noise because the heim joint is shot.

Im in the same boat...but mine just makes a loud "pop" at slow speeds. I was told Bar Pin Eliminators might would fix it but i have not got around to ordering any.

RS9000 I feel it in the left front of the floorboard what would be loose that would casue that. It's really only at low speeds.

I had the exact same symptoms. Finally one day when backing into the garage I noticed I could recreate the noise/thump by turning the shell at a certain point. Had my dad turn the wheel while I looked underneath and noticed my track bar was moving 1/4 to 3/8 of an inch at the frame joint. I had previously checked it several times and thought it was ok. New track bar and mount fixed it.
