ok, so I live in a decent area.. but there is still some crime around here. I was looking into kill switches and no one seems to mention the starter motor relay its always the fuel pump relay but the starter relay is right there on the passenger side.. I mean if i just pick up a fuse tap and plug it in there should work right?

these screenshots are for the fuses on the passenger side. number 19 10 amps. have a 99 xj

Ya you could do the starter relay but then they can just cross the starter wiring at the starter and get it to crank over .

 

I would install a kill switch to the ASD relay, that would kill the coil or coils and the fuel pump.
