I bought these off ebay:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/200809653095?_trksid=p2059210.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
The driver's side fits perfectly. The passenger side fits at kind of an angle, see photo. They are laser cut so hard to imagine a hole was drilled in the wrong place, although it doesn't fit as snugly into the cross member shock depression as the driver's side.
I emailed the vendor, no reply yet.
I know their regular (with bar pin) brackets fit parallel to the frame rails.
My question is: any possible issues from having the upper shock bushing rotated slightly like this? Anyone else using this version of their BPEs?

Just got a reply via email (I'd tried fleabay msg first) - that it is by design to clear the exhaust routing and he'd not seen any issues with the slight rotation of the mount.
