just replaced Track bar bushings and now ...
i just replaced Track bar bushings and now i have a huge popping sound coming from the drivers side when i turn the wheel either way...any ideas???

How did you get the frame side of the track bar disconnected from the track bar bracket? Pickle fork? Puller? Maybe you damaged that tie rod when taking it off?
My only suggestion would be to tighten the crap out of everything down there - The bolts that hold the bracket to the unibody and the castle nut that holds the tie rod end of the track bar to the bracket

I did the same thing with mine. I thought for sure I had reefed that sucker down nice and tight... I was definitely wrong. Can't believe it didn't cause permanent damage, I drove it that way for a week before I realized what I did wrong.

You gotta tighten the hell out of the axle side track bar bolt. I got mine absolutely as tight as i could get it and it still came loose. Took an impact to it and it's yet to move again.
